Vocalis is the leading chamber choir in the beautiful spa town of Harrogate, North Yorkshire. We are a mixed-voice choir of experienced and enthusiastic singers, singing both accompanied and unaccompanied music from the fifteenth century to the present day.
Vocalis is equally at home in the concert hall, churches, public events and private functions. We normally perform 3-4 concerts per year at various venues in and around Harrogate as well as singing at a number of other functions and weddings. Through some of its activities the choir raises money for local charities; this year we are delighted to be supporting Yorkshire Cancer Research.
The choir rehearses on a Monday night between 7.30pm and 9.30pm in St. Wilfrid's Church Hall on Duchy Road and prospective new members are always welcome.
